Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Pace It Labs (we, us) makes mobile games. This policy explains what personal information our games and websites collect, why, who else sees it and what you can do about it. It applies to every app, site and page that links to it — together, the Services.

Using the Services means you accept the practices described here and the Terms of Service. If you are not comfortable with them, please stop using the Services.

Our games are not for children. If you are under 18 in India, under 16 in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, or under 13 elsewhere, do not install our games or send us any personal information. See Section 7.

1What this covers

This policy applies when you:

  • play a game we publish on iOS or Android (the Apps);
  • visit a website we run that links to this policy (the Sites);
  • contact our support team, or take part in a survey, beta test, contest or giveaway we run; or
  • interact with a social media page we control.

It does not cover services we do not operate. Apple, Google, an advertiser or a social platform each has its own policy, and you should read theirs too.

2The short version

  • You can play most of our games without giving us a name, an email or an account.
  • In that mode your progress lives on your device. We only receive technical and gameplay data needed to run and improve the game, and to serve ads.
  • We do not collect precise GPS location. We do not handle your card details — the app stores do.
  • We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some US state laws, our use of advertising identifiers counts as “sharing” for targeted advertising, and you can opt out.
  • Not everything listed below applies to every game or every player. We collect only what that build and that mode actually needs.

3What we collect

3.1 What you give us

  • Support messages. Your email address and whatever you write to us when you report a bug or ask a question, plus any screenshots or logs you attach.
  • Game settings. Language, sound and haptics preferences, difficulty and accessibility choices.
  • Profile details, where a game has them. A display name and an avatar, used for leaderboards or cloud save.
  • Promotions. If you enter a contest, beta or survey, whatever the entry form asks for — typically an email address and a country.

3.2 What the game collects automatically

  • Identifiers. An in-game player ID, a device identifier (IDFV on iOS, an app-scoped ID on Android), an install ID, and an advertising identifier (IDFA or Google Advertising ID) where you have allowed it.
  • Device and system data. Device model, operating system and version, screen and memory characteristics, language, time zone, country or region, network type and carrier.
  • Approximate location. Country, and sometimes region or city, worked out from your IP address or device settings. We never collect precise GPS coordinates.
  • App data. App version and build, install and uninstall events, session starts and lengths, crash reports, frame rate and other performance telemetry.
  • Gameplay data. Levels attempted and cleared, time taken, moves made, hints, undos and shuffles used, streaks, stars and scores, and which features you use.
  • Virtual economy records. Coins and items earned, bought and spent, skins unlocked, and whether ads are removed.
  • Advertising events. Ad requests, impressions, completions, clicks, rewards granted, and attribution data showing which campaign or link brought you to the game.
  • Purchase records. Order and receipt identifiers, product SKU, purchase time, amount and subscription status, passed to us by Apple or Google. We never receive your card number, UPI ID or bank details.
  • SDKs and similar technologies. Our Apps and Sites use software development kits, cookies and pixels for analytics, crash reporting, advertising and attribution.

3.3 What others tell us

  • Platform sign-in. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook, we get a platform user ID and, depending on what you approve, a display name, an avatar and an email address (which may be a relay address).
  • Stores and attribution partners. Aggregate install, campaign and conversion data.
  • Advertising partners. Measurement and audience data, to the extent your settings and local law allow.

4Why we use it

  • Run the game. Load your progress, apply your settings, deliver items you have bought, sync across your devices where that feature exists.
  • Support you. Answer questions, investigate bugs, restore lost purchases.
  • Fix and improve. Diagnose crashes, measure performance, understand where players get stuck, and tune difficulty, pacing and level design.
  • Balance the economy and test changes. Run A/B tests on layouts, rewards and pricing, in aggregate.
  • Show ads. Deliver, cap, measure and — where permitted — personalise advertising, and credit rewarded-video prizes.
  • Market our games. Measure which campaigns work, and reach people likely to enjoy what we make.
  • Keep things fair and safe. Detect cheating, fraud, refund abuse and attacks, and enforce our Terms.
  • Talk to you. Send service messages about updates, purchases or policy changes, and — only with your consent where required — occasional news about our games.
  • Meet our obligations. Tax, accounting, audit, and responses to lawful requests.
  • Corporate transactions. Handle a financing, merger, acquisition or sale of the business.

We use aggregated or de-identified data — which can no longer identify you — freely, including for research and reporting.

5Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it in these situations:

  • Service providers who work for us. Cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, attribution, customer support tooling, email delivery and anti-fraud. They may only use the data to provide that service to us. Typical partners for a game like ours include Google (Firebase, Analytics, Play services), Apple, Unity, an attribution provider and an ad mediation platform — see the current list in the game's settings or on our website.
  • Advertising partners. Ad networks and mediation platforms receive identifiers and ad interaction data so ads can be served, capped and measured. Where the law requires consent for personalised advertising, we ask first.
  • App stores and payment processors. Apple and Google process your purchases and give us the transaction records described above.
  • Professional advisers. Lawyers, auditors, accountants and insurers, where they need it to advise us.
  • Legal and safety. Where we reasonably believe disclosure is needed to comply with a valid legal process, respond to a regulator, enforce our Terms, investigate fraud or cheating, or protect the rights and safety of players, the public or us. Where we are allowed to, we will tell you first.
  • A business transfer. In a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets, in which case the buyer must handle your data consistently with this policy.
  • Anyone you tell us to. Including when you post publicly on a leaderboard or in a community space.

6Advertising and your choices

Free versions of our games show ads, including rewarded video you choose to watch. Some of those ads are personalised using your advertising identifier and ad interaction history.

You can change this at any time:

  • iOS. Decline the tracking prompt, or go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off access for the app.
  • Android. Settings → Google → Ads, where you can delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation.
  • In our games. Use the privacy controls in the settings menu, where the game offers them.
  • On our websites. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one.
  • Remove ads. Buying the ad-free option removes advertising from that game on that store account.

Opting out does not stop ads from appearing — it makes them less tailored to you.

7Children

Our games are rated and marketed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below the minimum age set out at the top of this policy, and we do not show personalised ads to anyone we know to be a child.

If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has played and given us data, write to support@paceitlabs.com with the subject line Child data deletion request and include:

  • the child's name and your relationship to them;
  • the game, the device, and any player ID, install ID or order ID you can find (the game's settings screen usually shows a player ID);
  • your contact details; and
  • a clear request to delete the data.

We verify that a request really comes from a parent or guardian before acting on it, which may mean asking for proof of identity or guardianship and confirming by reply email. Once verified, we delete the data from our systems and cancel any associated account. If the game was played entirely offline, we will tell you exactly how to clear the data from the device itself.

8Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and a summary of how we use it;
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date;
  • Delete your information, subject to what we must keep by law;
  • Port your information to another provider in a machine-readable format;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or of any “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights; and
  • Complain to your data protection authority.

These rights are not absolute. We may decline a request where the law allows or requires it, where granting it would harm someone else's privacy, or where we cannot verify who you are — and we will explain why.

9How to make a request

Email support@paceitlabs.com with the subject line Privacy rights request, tell us which right you want to exercise, and include the game name and your player ID if you have it. We reply within the period your local law sets, and will tell you if we need more time.

To protect you, we verify requests before acting on them, usually by confirming details we already hold. An authorised agent may act for you if they give us signed proof of authorisation and you confirm your own identity with us directly. If we refuse a request and your local law gives you a right of appeal, we will explain how to appeal.

10Deleting your data

If you have only played offline and never made a purchase or created an account, your data sits on your device. Uninstalling the game removes it.

If you have an account or have made purchases, email us as described above and we will close the account and delete or anonymise the associated records.

Deletion is permanent. Closing an account erases progress, levels, streaks, virtual currency, purchased items and unlocked skins across every platform where you used it. We cannot restore any of it, and you cannot claim compensation for what was unused. Back up anything you care about, and use restore-purchases first if you only want to move to a new device.

11How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in Section 4. In practice: support emails for up to 3 years after the ticket closes; analytics and gameplay events in identifiable form for up to 24 months, then aggregated; purchase and tax records for as long as accounting law requires, typically 8 years in India; account data until you ask us to delete it or the account goes inactive for a long period. Where we can meet a purpose with anonymised data instead, we do.

12Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information — encryption in transit, access controls, limited staff access on a need-to-know basis, and vendor review. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information travelling over networks we do not control. If you think your account has been compromised, tell us at support@paceitlabs.com. Where a breach is likely to put you at risk, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.

13Where your data goes

We are based in India and our service providers operate in India, the United States, the European Union and elsewhere. Your information may be processed in any of those places, and the privacy laws there may differ from your own.

When we move personal data out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on an adequacy decision where one exists, or on Standard Contractual Clauses (plus the UK Addendum where relevant) together with additional safeguards. You can ask us for details of the mechanism we use.

14Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version, and changes take effect from that date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you prominent notice — in the game, by email, or on this site — and where the law requires consent, we will ask for it. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.

15India: notice under the DPDP Act

If you are in India, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, and this section is your notice under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

  • What and why. The categories in Section 3, for the purposes in Section 4.
  • Basis. Your consent, given when you start playing and when you accept specific prompts; or a legitimate use permitted by the Act, such as complying with a legal obligation.
  • Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw at any time by emailing support@paceitlabs.com or using the in-game privacy settings. Withdrawing may stop some features working, and it does not affect processing already carried out.
  • Your rights. Access a summary of your data and who it has been shared with, correct or complete it, erase it, nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated, and have your grievance heard.
  • Grievances. Contact our grievance officer in Section 18. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
  • Children. The Act treats anyone under 18 as a child. Our games are not for children, and we do not knowingly process their data or target ads at them.

This notice is available in English here. Where required, we will provide it in the Eighth Schedule languages on request.

16EEA, UK and Switzerland

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects. You can complain to your national supervisory authority — the ICO in the UK, the FDPIC in Switzerland, or the authority for your EEA member state.

17United States and California

If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the rights listed in Section 8, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and the right to appeal a refusal. We do not sell personal information for money, but our disclosure of advertising identifiers to ad partners may qualify as a sale or sharing under those laws. Opt out using the methods in Section 6, or email us.

We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
